Everyday ease
Education, health services, local shops and community spaces envisioned within reach.

A futuristic city carried above the landscape, with homes, culture and essential services connected across planted sky platforms.
Eese World began with a more radical question: what if much of a new city could be lifted above the land, so homes and public life occupy an engineered upper level while the landscape continues below?
The concept explores a substantial legally developable site in the NCR region. Connected sky decks would carry homes, gardens, school, healthcare, recreation, hospitality and culture. Structural cores, accessible bridges and service routes would make it a working city rather than a collection of floating objects. The exact location, boundaries, footprint and height remain to be determined.
Elevation does not grant permission to build over protected forest. Any site would still need parcel-by-parcel legal and ecological review, plus geotechnical, seismic, fire, water and access studies. The land beneath could be conserved or restored only where ownership, ecology and approvals permit.
The original ambition is the generous space of a 200–500 gaj home, reinterpreted for elevated residential platforms. The actual private area, structural spans and ownership form would come from detailed design. Sky walks, planted terraces and nearby destinations could give families space without covering the landscape in conventional streets.
Education, health services, local shops and community spaces envisioned within reach.
Sky gardens and views over the landscape, with carefully managed access to natural areas where permitted.
A professional operations model for maintenance, security, utilities and responsive support.
Homes and infrastructure designed around inspection, repair and future upgrades.
The elevated city would still need lawful land rights for foundations, access, services and the landscape below. Adjoining owners could participate through a negotiated land-pooling or development partnership, with consideration, developed property or project interests agreed only after feasibility and valuation.
Any offer would depend on verified title, contiguous assembly, zoning, valuation, independent legal and tax advice, agreed milestones and enforceable terms. There is no guaranteed return, and no landowner participation or site control is being claimed here.
A structured way to participate in the value created by planned infrastructure and a coherent destination.
Independent diligence, transparent contribution terms, governance and defined delivery obligations.
Land and investment commitments can be designed around approvals and practical development stages.
The aim is a durable city with homes, jobs, services and visitor activity, not a short-lived land transaction.
Visitors could enter a separate elevated destination of sky plazas, hospitality, restaurants, performance, family attractions, wellness and learning. Its skyline and views would be part of the experience, with local enterprise and employment supported by phased operations.
Visitor circulation, ticketing and service routes would be separated from private residential bridges, while emergency access and universal accessibility would connect the full upper city.
The city cannot literally float. A plausible scheme would use engineered foundations, concrete mega-cores, steel-concrete composite frames, long-span bridges, precast decks and lightweight enclosures. Its loads, foundations, wind and seismic behavior, fire evacuation, rescue access and maintenance would need independent professional design. Redundancy and replaceable parts matter as much as visual ambition.
Confirm legal developability and ecological constraints parcel by parcel before fixing the plan.
Size elevated pools and channels for structural load, reuse, drainage, local water supply and long-term operations.
Explore accessible external service zones and remote-source lighting where safety, efficiency and maintenance justify them.
Eese World is a promotional vision, not an approved or launched real-estate project. Images and film are concept visualizations, not engineered plans or footage of a built city. Land rights, permissions, structural feasibility, facilities, pricing and timelines have not been finalized. A viable elevated city would require landowner agreements, detailed feasibility, professional design, funding and all required approvals before any sale or delivery commitment.
